Winter mayhem

Wintertime is the time of year to watch out for freezing conditions to adversely effect your pipes. That is what happened here as the cold caused a pipe to fail and flood this room. The water had completely soaked the flooring and had penetrated into the drywall throughout the room.

Our crew was on top of the problem though. We got to work removing the damaged drywall and drying out the interior of the wall. We also focused our attention on the flooring, removing the laminate and ensuring the sub-floor was completely dried. Our customer was very happy that we were able to minimize the damage.
