What to Expect:

When you first call SERVPRO of East Portland, our 24/7 staff will ask a series of questions about your water damage emergency. This helps us determine what equipment and resources we need to bring to your water loss. As well as, how many trained SERVPRO Professionals may be needed.

Questions may include:

• Contact info, occupant /owner
• Your insurance information (if applicable)
• When the flooding or water damage occurred?
• What caused the water damage (if known)?
• If there is electricity available onsite?
• If contents/items got damaged by water?
• Is there standing water? 
• Is the structure multi-unit?
• Has the source been stopped?
